The Creating a Lean, Effective, and Active Nation (CLEAN) Act was the first law of 2015-I, put together by Major Executive Stenbach with the goal of revitalizing the Union after the slump of activity and economic progress the trimester prior in 2014-III. It was the legislative component of the 2015 Compact.
