The Court of Appeals of the Universal Triumvirate is the only court in the second tier of the judicial branch and is tasked with handling appeals from the inferior courts and acting as an intermediary between the inferior courts and the Supreme Court. It is the second highest court in the Triumvirate below the Supreme Court. The court has three judges, each of whom is nominated by the Executive Branch and confirmed by the Administration and who serves until impeachment or retirement.
The court was set by the Futures Code and will go into effect the trimester after the Triumvirate attains 45 long-term citizens.
