The Department of the Archive is an Executive Department which is lead by the Head of the Archive. Originally created to complement the adoption of the Universal Triumvirate Statutes at Large and the Universal Triumvirate Code, it was created on April 29, 2014, proposed by Major Executive Maine. It works closely with the Major Executive to archive historical information for the Triumvirate, manage the Archive, and publish the Universal Triumvirate Code and Universal Triumvirate Statutes at Large as required.
The Department of the Archive has the primary purpose of keeping the Universal Triumvirate Statutes at Large updated, they publish each and every law and resolution passed by the government here. Additionally, they publish the Universal Triumvirate Code from time to time, which reflects every change to permanent and public laws.
The Department also manages the Archive, collecting records, images, and material to be documented and saved.
The Department of the Archive works in close quarters with the Major Executive to document and preserve records.
