The Standing Committee on Economics has the direct responsibility of investigating and discussing economic and financial matters within the Triumvirate. The committee makes suggestions and prepares legislation along the lines of commerce, budgeting, business, and trade. Five members (two Executives and three Administrators) serve on the committee making it the largest standing committee in the Triumvirate at the moment. The Department of Commerce and the Department of the Treasury fall under the general domain and oversight of the committee.
