| Universal Triumvirate v. Azorrez
|Supreme Court: 9/7/12 - 9/14/12|
|Full Case Name||Universal Triumvirate v. Azorrez|
|Theodore Crown, Hik10er|
A man named "Domvoi" came to the Major Executive, Stavrok, and expressed interest in joining the Triumvirate and joining both the Executive and Administrative Branches. The Department of Intelligence discovered that it was in fact Azorrez, someone who many had been skeptical about for a long time. After being given numerous times to confess, the Department of Justice sent a letter of arrest to Azorrez and gave him many opportunities to make a plea bargain or settle out of court.
Charges were: Withholding relevant information pertaining to himself, Violating terms of agreement to citizenship, Acting as a false persona, Attempting to infiltrate the Executive and Administrative Branches of government as a false persona, and Avoiding Court.
Azorrez failed to appear in court after two extensions granted.
The court ruled guilty on all charges due to his failure to appear and sentenced him to the following on September 14, 2012:
- Permanent dismissal from the Union, that he may never become a citizen in the future.
- A fine of equivalent value of 500 tri.
- Prevention of access to any international Triumvirate programs in the future.
- Recruit at least two active members into the Triumvirate.
Until at least two and four had been completed he would be recognized as an active criminal.
